Women not entitled to pension age change compensation, high court rules

Although this case concerns the State Pension age, and is thus separate from the laws applying to employers, it is a good reminder to employers that they must take care to ensure they are not infringing the protection given to all employees, workers, agency contractors and job applicants not to be treated unfavorably due to their age.
